Medical Tourism Coordination in Korea

Clinic Korea helps international clients explore healthcare options in Korea and coordinates communication and appointments with Korean healthcare providers on their behalf.

Our support can begin at the initial inquiry stage and continue through provider matching, price inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment coordination, and interpretation when requested.

1. Provider Matching

Clients describe the procedure or treatment they are considering, and we identify Korean providers relevant to that request based on specialty, available services, location, and international patient support.

We do not determine which provider is medically best suited to an individual patient. That judgment belongs to the patient and the provider during consultation.

2. Price Inquiry

We contact providers on request to ask about treatment costs. Because pricing depends on the patient’s condition, anesthesia, medications, and the final treatment plan, any figures we relay are estimates, not quotes. The provider sets the final price after consultation.

3. Communication Support

Language barriers make it hard for international patients to convey requests clearly to Korean providers. We help relay questions, preferences, and scheduling needs between both sides, and pass medical questions on to the provider for a professional answer.

4. Consultation Scheduling

Once a client wants to move forward, we coordinate available dates, confirm appointment details, and communicate any changes. Consultations can be online or in person, depending on what the provider offers.

5. Appointment Coordination

We assist with the logistics of arranging the appointment. The consultation itself, along with diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and the procedure, remains entirely the provider’s responsibility.

6. Medical Interpretation

Professional interpretation can be arranged as a separate paid service. An interpreter facilitates communication; explaining medical information, risks, and treatment options directly to the patient stays the provider’s responsibility.

7. International Patient Support

Beyond the steps above, we assist with the practical side of arranging care in Korea: provider contact, scheduling, appointment details, and language support, with the scope varying by provider.

Our Role

Clinic Korea coordinates and supports; we don’t diagnose, treat, prescribe, or guarantee outcomes. Those decisions rest with the patient and their healthcare provider.

Paid Services

Some services, such as interpretation, carry a fee that you pay directly, and we tell you the amount before it’s charged. Providers pay us nothing, as our commercial disclosure policy explains.
