Clinic Korea is a medical tourism coordination and patient support service based in the Republic of Korea. We help international visitors considering medical or aesthetic procedures in Korea find suitable providers, gather treatment and pricing information, compare options, and arrange consultations and appointments.
We don’t provide medical treatment ourselves. Our job is helping patients find providers in Korea and communicate with them.
What We Do
Once a client tells us what procedure or treatment they’re interested in, we research relevant Korean providers and help them explore their options. Depending on the request, that can include identifying suitable providers, reviewing publicly available information about them, requesting treatment details and pricing, communicating with providers on the client’s behalf, coordinating consultations and appointments, arranging medical interpretation, and offering practical support throughout the process.
We Are Not a Healthcare Provider
Clinic Korea isn’t a hospital, clinic, or medical institution. We don’t diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or perform procedures. Those decisions are made by qualified healthcare professionals at independent institutions. Our job ends at helping clients find and communicate with providers; whether to move forward with a procedure is always a decision for the client and their doctor.
Coordinating Across Borders
Seeking healthcare abroad comes with real practical hurdles: finding the right provider, communicating in another language, understanding procedures, getting price estimates, arranging schedules. We handle that side of things: relaying requests, organizing the information providers send back, and keeping the process moving. We don’t decide what treatment someone should get; we just make sure their questions reach the provider and the provider’s answers reach them.

We keep our role clearly separated from providers’ and take no payment from them, as set out in our partnership and commercial disclosure. We don’t make medical decisions for clients. We give them the information and coordination support to make their own. When we present provider information, we try to keep it current and reliable, and we help clients get their questions answered in their own language.
