How We Identify Healthcare Providers
Clinic Korea helps international clients identify Korean healthcare providers relevant to the procedures or treatments they’re considering. We coordinate with providers. We’re not a medical authority, and we don’t determine which provider is medically best for any individual patient.
What We Look At
When identifying providers, we consider the procedures and specialties they publicly offer, their location, consultation methods, international patient services, language support, and appointment availability, along with any information the provider supplies to us directly.
Verifying the Information
Where practical, we cross-check provider details against official provider websites, information the provider gives us directly, publicly available government or institutional sources, and other reliable medical sources. That said, information changes over time, so clients should confirm anything important directly with the provider before making a medical or financial decision.
We Don’t Rank Providers Medically
We won’t claim one provider is medically superior to another unless there’s solid evidence behind it. Being listed with Clinic Korea isn’t an endorsement of medical quality. It doesn’t mean a provider is the safest, most experienced, or best suited to your case, or that any particular outcome is guaranteed.
Matching to Your Requirements
The providers we suggest may reflect practical factors like the procedure you want, your preferred location, schedule, budget, and language needs. That matching is logistical, not medical. Whether a procedure is actually appropriate for you is a call only a healthcare professional can make.
No Payment From Providers
We do not have commercial relationships with providers: no referral fees, commissions, advertising or similar arrangements. Our Partnership & Commercial Disclosure says the same. Because no provider pays us, the suggestions we make are based only on the practical fit described above, and they are not medical advice.
Keeping Information Current
Provider details change, so when we learn something’s outdated or incorrect, we update it. Even so, we’d encourage clients to verify anything important directly with the provider before their appointment.
Patient Choice
Which provider to consult, and whether to go ahead with a procedure, is entirely your decision. Our job is to make that search and the communication around it easier, not to decide for you. The step-by-step process is described on our How We Work page.
