Enquiries, provider matching, interpretationContact Clinic Korea
Tell us what treatment you are considering and we will put your questions to Korean providers, gather the pricing and scheduling details they give back, and arrange a consultation if you decide to go ahead.
Before you write. Clinic Korea is not a hospital or clinic. We cannot diagnose a condition, advise on whether a treatment suits you, or quote a final price. Those belong to a licensed provider after they have examined you. What we can do is get your questions in front of the right providers in Korean and relay what they say back accurately.
How to Reach Us
Direct channels
Phone +82 51-321-2005 (051-321-2005 from inside Korea)
Messaging is usually faster than phone for a first enquiry, and it gives us something written to pass on to a provider without translating twice.
We are based in Sasang-gu, Busan, and work on Korea Standard Time (UTC+9). If you write overnight in your own timezone, expect a reply the following Korean business day rather than immediately.
What to Include
So the First Reply Is Useful
A vague enquiry gets a vague answer, because we have to ask the provider something specific before they will say anything specific back.
The treatment or concern
Name the procedure if you know it. If you do not, describe the concern instead. Providers are used to being asked that way, and it avoids locking you into the wrong treatment early.
Your dates, even roughly
Whether you are already in Korea, arriving on set dates, or still deciding. This changes which providers are worth contacting more than anything else you tell us.
Language and budget range
Whether you need interpretation on the day, and a range rather than a figure. Both narrow the shortlist before we start asking around.
Do not send medical records, photographs of a condition, or identification documents in a first message. If a provider needs them, they will tell you what they want and how they want it sent.
What Happens Next
We identify providers relevant to your request, contact them with your questions, and pass back what they tell us: availability, indicative pricing, and what their international patient support actually covers. You decide whether to consult with any of them. If you do, we coordinate the appointment and arrange interpretation where you have asked for it.
The full sequence is set out in how we work, and our services covers what each stage includes. How providers are selected for coverage is described in our provider selection policy, and the fact that we take no payment from providers is set out in the partnership and commercial disclosure.
Pricing we relay is an estimate, not a quote. Cost depends on your condition, anaesthesia, medications and the final treatment plan, all of which a provider settles after a consultation. Any figure we pass on before that is indicative.
Frequently Asked
Questions
- Is there a fee for contacting you?
- Enquiries and provider matching are not charged to you, and no clinic pays us for them either, as our commercial disclosure explains, rather than buried in a footnote.
- Can you tell me whether a treatment is right for me?
- No, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise without examining you. We can put that exact question to a provider and bring you their answer, which is a different thing from answering it ourselves.
- Do you work with patients already in Korea?
- Yes. Being in the country usually shortens the process, since scheduling stops depending on flight dates and a consultation can often be arranged within the same week.
- Is interpretation available at the appointment?
- It can be arranged on request. What it covers in practice is described on the medical interpretation and patient support page.
- Which languages do you handle?
- Enquiries are handled in English and Korean. For other languages, tell us which one and we will confirm what we can arrange before you commit to anything.
Still deciding what to ask?
If you are at the research stage rather than the booking stage, the guides are built for that: what a consultation involves, what to ask in the room, and how to read the quote you are handed afterwards.
